Pinecone Cottage Basics Cooking Class

Discover how to prepare the BASICS’ chapter of recipes from Chef Pam’s 12 Months of Teas Cookbook including PineScones, Devon Crème, Buttermilk Pound Cake, Butter Pie Crust, and Vegetable Stock.
Throughout the years, Chef Pam has crafted recipes that are key components of Pinecone Cottage’s monthly menus. Each month the 12 Months of Teas features at least one of these signature recipes, and incorporating a special flavoring will elevate the distinctiveness of that specific tea.
In this class, Chef Pam shows you how to craft exclusive Holiday Afternoon Tea recipes that are NOT featured in her cookbook. Participants will receive an autographed copy of the book along with bonus recipes to take home.

Pinecone Cottage Weekend Afternoon Tea and Teatorial Policy
Pinecone Cottage is now taking reservations for Weekend Afternoon Tea and Teatorials on our website. Using the reservations tab, make a date and time selection, and conveniently purchase your tickets through your PayPal account or as a PayPal guest. For Weekday Afternoon Tea reservations, please call 630.963.9130.
Be sure to register and pay for Teatorials one week in advance to help ensure it will be held as scheduled. Your registration is a commitment to attend, and fees are non-refundable. A minimum of four guests is required (not four in your party) in order to offer Teatorials and cancellations must be made at least five days prior to receiving credit for a future event, no exceptions. If you are unable to meet the cancellation deadline, you are welcome to send someone in your place. If Pinecone Cottage cancels the Teatorial, you will receive a full refund.
