We all adore the soothing aroma of lavender, but it’s the flavor of this fragrant herb that truly captures its delicate essence. Lavender adds a unique and romantic touch to food, making every culinary experience delightful. Cooking with lavender feels magical, and February is the ideal time to serve this charming menu. After visiting Maria’s Farm in Marengo, Illinois, where they offer a beautiful and unforgettable Afternoon Tea in the summer, I felt inspired to create a Romantic Lavender Afternoon Tea once more.

Pinecone Cottage is now taking reservations for Weekend Afternoon Tea and Teatorials on our website. Using the reservations tab, make a date and time selection, and conveniently purchase your tickets through your PayPal account or as a PayPal guest. For Weekday Afternoon Tea reservations, please call 630.963.9130.
Be sure to register and pay for Teatorials one week in advance to help ensure it will be held as scheduled. Your registration is a commitment to attend, and fees are non-refundable. A minimum of four guests is required (not four in your party) in order to offer Teatorials and cancellations must be made at least five days prior to receiving credit for a future event, no exceptions. If you are unable to meet the cancellation deadline, you are welcome to send someone in your place. If Pinecone Cottage cancels the Teatorial, you will receive a full refund.
